Network Management Case Study

The client was seeking to improve efficiency in the EDI enrollment process for their provider customers.  With the growing customer portfolio of providers and physician groups, the current EDI enrollment process followed was manual and involved repetitive and redundant steps impacting quality of response and turn-around-time. The processing of the enrollment was paper-based and the operations depended on information exchange between disparate claims systems. A recent acquisition compounded this challenge, requiring the need to merge multiple enrollment process into one standard process.
